| Maximum Growth: The fish, which are fed feed with high digestibility and well-balanced amino acid and Protein/Energy ratio produced by using high quality protein sources (fish meal and materials of plant origin), reach the potential of maximum growth. Maximum Flesh Quality: As the use of high quality fat and effective concentrations of antioxidants prevents fat deterioration, the adjustment of Protein/Energy ratio provides deposition of the ideal amount of fat in fish flesh. In addition, the fresh taste improvement and reduction in viscera fattening is achieved by using organic additives. Minimum Feed: The factors affecting the FCR such as digestibility of dry matter and protein-energy and cellulose ratio of the feeds are well-balanced. Beside this, FCR is minimized by taking into account that the Thermal Growth Coefficient (TGC) varies with fish species and the region.
